Returns and Cancellation

Before ordering the books, please make sure you have ordered correct Books because there is Cancellation charges. 

- If you Cancel before dispatch

• Refund in Bank Account : Amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in the  same account from which payment reveived.

 If the order has already been shipped and you receive Damaged, Defective, Item not as described then There is option available RETURN ORDER in whats'app on 8761919991 OR MAIL US contactdrmall@gmail.com

● BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, However if you want to replace it then a minimum of 30% amount will be deducted as both way shipping fee plus payment gateway fees .

Only defective books can be replace

- if you reject the parcel, two way actual courier charges will be  applicable (Minimam Rs. 100 or Actual charge whichever higher) per item will be deducted.
