REFUND POLICY

• BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
• Before ordering the books, please make sure you have ordered correct Books because there is Cancellation charges. 

- if we are not able to fulfill your order - Full amount will be refunded in your account

• The refund process usually takes from 3 days to 7 days to reflects amount in your account.
• Please note that drmall.in has no control over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.
• If transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies. Normal time : 24-48 Hours

We do not replace or exchange the books.

 Covers : Damaged, Defective, Item not as described

Type Accepted : Replacement in that case customer has to send the books to the registered address of drmall.in by themselves.

• Only Defective books can be replaced within 10 days of the Delivery.

  Shipping Policy

  Shipping & Handling Time 1 - 2 Days, Depends Upon Availability of the Book

  Delivery Time May Vary, Depends Upon Service Availability of your Area Pincode.

  Standard Delivery Time : 4 to 7 Working Days

  For guwahati and Barpeta : Delivery in 2 days and rest of Assam in 2-4 days

  
  NB- surgical items can be delivered all over INDIA

  Books can be delivered in North East India as of now.
